Yoga is what you make it. It can be your hour of peace in a hectic week, a workout, therapy for an ailing joint, or it can transform your life if you let it. Sol Yoga offers excellent, trained instruction that will support you on your journey, whatever it may be.
Sol Yoga is pleased to be in residence at the Grand Piano Ballroom and offer weekly instruction as well as yearly seminars and teacher-trainings. Visit our calendar of events for our full offerings.

The Pumpkin Theater Workshops: Engaging Children’s Workshops from Puppetry to Improvisation
Founded in 1967 by Sister Kathleen Marie Engers as a project of the College of Notre Dame in Baltimore, Pumpkin Theatre’s mission is “to entertain, educate and engage children and families through the plays we produce and the drama classes we offer”. Workshops as well as productions are oriented towards families of children ages 3-10; the productions, however, are not only for the young, but young-at-heart. Pumpkin believes children’s theater should be enjoyable to all – regardless of age.
In celebration of the Pumpkin Theater’s 48th year, we are pleased to announce the Pumpkin Theater in residency at the Grand Piano Ballroom. Details coming soon!
